Nomination from Kaminski, Arthur; Department of Defense for Curtis Bowling

I nominate Curtis Bowling as a government representative to the FACOSH according to docket ID OSHA-2009-0038-0001. Mr. Bowling is currently the Director, Environmental Readiness and Safety in the office of the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Installations and Environment. Mr Bowling also serves as the Chairman, Department of Defense Explosives Safety Board. Mr. Bowling has previously served as vice-chair of the FACOSH. Mr. Bowling would be an asset to a successful FACOSH. His past experience with the FACOSH included input on the SHARE initiative and changes in Federal Record Keeping. His broad experience and team-building talents make him a perfect choice for the FACOSH.
