To whom it may concern: We have been a SHARP participant for many years. I read your new proposed change in the SHARP program and would like to voice my concern. Since becoming a SHARP company we have made several changes in our safety program including recently adding an OCC HLTH nurse and doctor on site two days a week. We are a far safer company since joining the SHARP program and a much better employer for our employees. I would suggest that the american people would be better served if there were more incentives for other companies to join the SHARP program rather than taking incentives away. I firmly believe that the consultations we have had from Maine Safety Works have made a huge impact on our overall safe work place practices here at CM Almy. Thank you for your time and I urge you to consider more incentives rather than possibly taking any incentives away.
