The way to make cars quieter is to never start them up. According to my understanding of "feasible" this COULD be considered by ONE or more of OSHA's finest Idustrial Hygiene personnel. I would say that although it is "feasible" with that definition it is just not practicle. I was once cited for HAVING a respirator program!! An IH told me to get rid of the problem by ventilating the outside air!!?? Be careful.
