Nomination for ACCSH per (Docket No. OSHA- 2011-0124). The Board of Directors for the Concrete Foundations Association of North America has directed me to complete a nomination to serve on ACCSH. I am the Technical Director for the CFA and have been in the concrete construction industry for 20 years. I am also the Technical Director for the Tilt-Up Concrete Association. Through these two major concrete associations, I bring a considerable network of professional contractors that are set apart from many of their peers due to their commitment to professionalism, safety and education. Please advise if any further information is necessary for such nomination. I have attached my current bio and I have been offered letters of reference from current ACCSH members if necessary.
