I am requesting an inspection of the Chuck Wagon Country Store in Story, Wyoming. I was the manager there and at one point, was going to lease this business with option to buy, but, after being there for only a few months, I noticed there are several safety issues that need to be addressed as soon as possible. There is no "Emergency Shut Off" for the fuel pumps, the electrical does not meet legal requirements, the lights above the fuel pumps do not all work and I am sure there are more violations of safety issues. I would also like to know how Harry Washut was allowed to install underground fuel tanks between 2 (two) major water resources legally when the guy 200 yards away was denied putting in a gas station because of this same water resource. There are no first aid stations or kits anywhere in the store. I feel these things are a major threat to not only workers, but to the public. Thank you for your time.
