I am currently in the OSHA system as a whistle blower. The problem with the program as it stands now is the information that is available to the whistleblower. These timetables that are being discussed are desperately needed. I have been unemployed for a year and a half and I still have no idea where my case is in the system or how far away any type of settlement may be. I have hired my own private attorney and he can't even get any information out of the OSHA office in Carson City, Nevada.
