I intend to appear and testify in Seattle Wa., on Docket number OSHA-S049-2006- 0675 on October 21, 2008. I will be testifying on the Lock out Tag out proposed ruling. I will testify on the unnecessary burden of having two regulations to cover one work site(vessel) and the cost of complying with the regulation. My testimony should take 10 mins.
