It is amazing that the environmentalists are so opposed to mining that they do not even bother to read the proposed rule. This has nothing to do with stream buffer zones or mountaintop removal. This shows that their comments are all being coordinated by a few environmental groups opposed to mining and probably should be ignored. Get real, if it isn't grown it is mined. Everything we use comes that way. Even solar and wind power requires mining to get the raw materials used in the product production.
