Please protect our fragile Appalachian ecosystems by stopping mountaintop removal coal mining. I understand the proposed rule will ease restrictions on this ecologically devastating practice and I totally oppose any such changes. Environmental restrictions should be increased, not eased, to protect the environment and encourage research and development of sustainable, renewable energy sources.
