Mr. Owens, On behalf of 3,424 CREDO Action members in Pennsylvania, we urge you not to allow coal ash to be dumped into mine sites. The attached public comments were collected by CREDO Action, and though they vary throughout, the messages within can be summed up as follows: "Pennsylvania deserves strong federal rules on the disposal and management of toxic coal ash. Don't allow the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection to implement its Chapter 290 regulations, which would put drinking water supplies at risk."
