I have a mortage with Everhome Mortage out of Jacksonville, Florida. I purchased
this home out of foreclosure in 2004. I have made all the payments. On Aug. 02,
2007, Everhome Mortgage sent my July 2007 payment back and said my home
was in foreclosure. I faxed them all the cancelled checks for the last year. Only
June 2007 was missing, I mail that payment just like I mailed all the other
payments. When I called Everhome Mortgage they would not talk to me. They
referred my to their collection attorneys, the same attorneys that I purchased the
house from in 2004. The attorneys said that it would take over $4000.00 to get my
home out of foreclosure. How can they do this. The only check that had
mysteriously disappeared was the June 2007 check. Tomorrow I'm going to buy
money orders for the month of June 2007, July 2007 and Aug. 2007 and sent them
certified mail. If they don't accept them, I will lose my home. Please help me.
The attorney's are Ellis, Painter, Ratterree & Adams LLP. P.O. Box 9946 -
Savannah, Ga 31412. My Loan number 9000081336. which I assumed from Terry
L. Mamak and paid all the monies to get it out of foreclosure.
