ANSI Accredited Standards Committee GPTC Z380 supports PHMSA's prposed rulemaking to amend the pipeline safety regulations to allow the operation of certain gas transmission pipelines at pressures based on higher stress levels of up to 80% SMYS. See full comments in attached letter.
