This being a guide for first responders at the scene of a transportation incident involving a hazardous material, I think it would be helpful to have a page listing the different kinds of shipping documents by mode of transportation (bill of lading, freight bill, hazardous waste manifest, etc), and where/with whom these can normally be expected to be found at an incident. This would greatly aid the responder in acquiring additional information aside from the placards. It would also allow for more accurate product information to be gathered more quickly.
