Rules and regulation enforcement is not a bad thing but who is regulating the regullators? Who regulates the trooper going down the highway at 80mph and talking on his cell phone. Who regulates the HOS of Law enforcement when there are DOT and other agencies out there that have officers pulling down 150,000 a year and multiple shifts. Are there not tired law enforcement officers making questionable decisions everyday?
