So what's next to curtail distracted driving? Are we going to ban eating while driving, listening to the radio, talking to other people in the car, not driving with children? I know, lets just ban driving all together and that way no one will ever be at risk of being injured by any type of motor vehicle accident....unless of course the parked Chevy Volts catch fire next your home. At what point de we ask the Federal government to take all risk out of life?
