nepa has been attacked so often it is virtually toothless. ceq has become an ugly anti environmental agency that needs to be shut down. an ea is a cheap sloppy surface look at environemtn and worth nothing to public safety. an eis should be done on this harmful pipeline. ea hides the truth about enviro problems. this agency has a notorious record of being lax, negligent on pipelines. employees of the agency appear to be "bought" and paid for by big time rich oil profiteers. releases from pipelines are not at all "unlikely" as characterized in this document since hundreds of thousands of them happen every single year. a pipeline owner in alaska didnt maintain his pipeline for l7 years and was damaging the environment big times. why are you using dishonest, ugly, untruthful descriptions in this federal register notice. i oppose this pipeline and beieve the public needs more safeguards than they get from this cheap sloppy ea. this comment is for the public record, jean public THIS PIPELINE IS FOR AMERICAN SELLING PRODUCT ONLY - THAT NEEDS TO BE PART OF ANY APPROVAL PROCESS - NO OIL CARRIED BY THIS PIPELINE SHOULD EVER GO OUTSIDE THE USA FOR USE OR SALE.
