The attached comments are jointly submitted on behalf of Enerkem, Florida Crystals Corporation, and Verenium Corporation in response to the Nov. 20, 2008 Advanced Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for USDA’s BioRefinery Assistance Program. Each of the Companies included in this joint submission are actively engaged in developing advanced biorefineries for commercial biofuels production in the United States.
