I have read the proposed rules on Microenterprises Assistance Program, and I fully support and agreed on its contents. There are so many local rural farmers, fishermen, handicrafters, and family ecotourist operators who really need microloans but existing banking institutions reluctant to assist them financially. This program will enhance Native American Samoans to contribute in the development of their own local depressed economy to be less dependence on federal aides. Rev. Avaletalia M Hunkin
