Argosy Wind Power is active in the distributed wind industry and we serve customers in the agricultural and rural business sectors. We support the comments submitted by the Distributed Wind Energy Association and particularly the need to greatly reduce the burden of applying for grants on the smaller projects. We also urge USDA to disallow refurbished wind turbines.
