My name is Daniel F. Clifton and I am a Licensed Mortgage Broker Professional in Maitland, FL. I believe that the proposed income limit changes will enhance the USDA Rural Development Housing Program. It will streamline the income eligibility process as well as extend the Rural Development program to more families who are choosing to make their home in rural America. Many of these home makers are professionals who choose to settle in rural areas and commute to work. Many are starter families that are planning to have children. This will help them qualify for the rural program and help it accomplish its ultimate goal; the development of rural communities. Once again, I support these proposed changes to the income limits.
