Yes absolutely we need to reduce the income tier from 8 to 2. on the Rural Developement loans. We need to make mortgage lending Less complicated. Trying to fit a customer into a Housing Authority Loan insured by Rural Developement is like try to fit them into a specific size box with income limitations issued from both.
