In Alaska, the NDGPS towers support the CORS network that federal government employees are dependent on to carry out their legally mandated responsibilities. These stations are few and far between in Alaska yet used extensively by scientists, surveyors and mappers in a variety of fields. Without the crucial support of the NDGPS towers we will not be able to do our jobs with the efficiency and accuracy that is necessary for quality work. Please maintain all NDGPS towers in Alaska. Thank you.
