CIT Small Business Lending Corporation requests an extension to submit comments for the Proposed Rules as the 12/31/07 response date coincides with our fiscal year-end and an extremely busy time of year. As a SBLC, we have many comments/concerns regarding the Proposed Rules that we would like to express, given the proper time to do so. We request an extension for comments to Jan. 31, 2008.
