Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Assistance Procedures

I am against this proposed rule change, which is nothing more than another attempt by the SBA to side-step helping legitimate small businesses. Stating that women owned small businesses are disadvantaged in 4 of 140 industries is an insult to women small business owners across the nation. There should be a set-aside program for women owned small businesses with no industry specific parameters.
