I oppose the proposed ruling by the SBA on the Women-Owned Small Business Federal Contract Assistance Procedures. This ruling negates the intent of the original act and is a huge step backward. The government should take a card from the deck of commercial business which has benefited from the increased participation of women-owned small businesses. Sincerely, Evalyn M.
