I have not read this complete document. It is quite long and difficult to follow. However, I have a concern with this as it is being used by my clients to determine what kind of entity I am. I make <$500,000.00, am a singly owned company, and I have contractors when work volume and contractor competencies match. This enables folks to make some money, while making my clients happy with timely results. I may not be a typical company, but to make it against the rules for me to have contractors eliminates the amount of work I can accomplish. More importantly, it eliminates work for others that could otherwise be making money working and paying taxes. Please explain how this in anyway makes sense in today's economy when we are all struggling to work. ?
