The complexity of the size standards shows the obvious influence of lobbyists and special-interest groups. Complexity adds cost. Simplify the standards to ONE maximum of revenue and ONE maximum number of employees, regardless of NAICS. If the highest maximum revenue yields too many results for SBA to handle, lower it for all NAICS's: likewise for number of employees.
