Comment on FR Doc # E9-25416

I support the rule change regarding revising graduation from the SBA 8(a) program solely on the time a bsuiness has been part of the program. I think graduation should be based on other criteria that is more closely aligned to benefits achieved. My firm has not benefitted, in spite of numerous responses to RFP's. Perhaps, the government can extend the graduation date, so long as a firm can demonstrate that it has actively sought out projects.
