Comment on FR Doc # 2011-05876

I am in support of raising the size standards of technical fields particulaly that of 54133. Obviously this needs to be adjusted upwards for no other reason than it has remained the same the past 20-30 years. Adjusted for inflation the $4 million cap is now equivalent to $1.2M is todays dollars. The new cap should be $8M. However, raising the cap to $8M which would equate to a 65 person size company. I don't believe this should be considered a small business. Therefore, raising the ceiling to $6M which may equate to a 50 person firm would be more reasonable.
