Small Business Size Standards: Professional, Scientific and Technical Services

Size standard requirements as proposed are excellent as they more accurately depict changes in the economy, federal procurement trends and federal contracting market place. If small business size standards are not modified as proposed, the Engineering Services sector will be unbalanced to inflation and to the manufacturing contracting sector. The revised standards in this proposed rule more appropriately reflect the size of businesses in this industry, which require federal assistance.
