The current size limitation of 4.5 million $ is obselete and needs to be increased to account for inflation. This change needs to be expedited to the extent possible.
However, increasing to 19 million $ is too much, too fast. The size limitation should not be incresed to more than 9 million $. Doubling the size limitation is a significant change and would help both small bussinesses and increase the efficiency of government contracting. An extreme increase (which I beleive 19 million$ is) would damage small businesses.
