Once again the VOSB and SDVOSB are ignored. Maybe it is time for the federal government to eliminate all the sub-classes based on sex and minority status and create a group of small business, period. This division and grouping of people and providing benefits to one group and not the other is only adding to conflict of racial, ethnic, and sex bias. Hub-zone may be viable id not based on race or gender. This is the Small Business Administration, not 8(a), Asian, veteran, or women business administration.
