We concur with the methodology utilized to determine the proposed revised size standards for Education Services. We commend the SBA for using a methodology that results in more appropriate size standards for these categories. We wholeheartedly endorse the adoption of the proposed rule change and recommend its approval. In order to give an appropriate amount of time for Government and Industry to prepare for the change, we recommend an effective date of October 1, 2012, the start of Government FY2013.
