Small Business Size Standards: Utilities

Hello, I do not support increasing the size standards for the businesses addressed. When you get to that size, it is no longer considered a small business and I do not believe that the intent of the program is to provide federal guarantees to large businesses. Also, when you increase the size allowed, the banks will focus more on the large loans, ignoring the small businesses that the program was originally intending to help. Thank you!
