Small Business Size Standards: Construction

My comment is that this will be a much needed and welcome change to the SBA Size Standard Methodology in the construction industry. The construction industry has been highly effected (as have many other industries) by the economic downturn and I think a lot of construction companies that have been struggling will benefit from Federal small business assistance. But I definitely think this should have been changed a few years ago to help prevent many of the construction companies from going out of business. I fully back this change in the rule.
