I am a 35 year old female living with Cystic Fibrosis receiving Social Security. It is my understanding that a lot of CF patients will lose their Social Security benefits with these changes. Those of us receiving Social Security do so because we have to not because we want to. Daily therapies are extremely time consuming and can be exhausting. There are days we CAN'T get up and function normally. So going back to work is just not an option for some CF patients. This should be taken into consideration before these changes are made. It could seriously effect the lives of CF patients.
