The Texas Department of Public Safety, Driver License Division has reviewed Federal Register Docket Number SSA 2007-0046 and offers the following comments. The Department does not anticipate that the elimination of the geographical significance of the first three digits of the social security number will have any significant effect to the public or this agency.
