In favor of permitting Title II applicants six months to file. While 60 days may same reasonable, it can be difficult for certain applicants in chronic pain, depression, or multiple time consuming treatments to respond that quickly. The quicker time may thus case some person to receive less benefits and these were benefits earned by the worker and paid for with FICA. BbLosey, Seatte, WA
