I disagree with limiting protests to 10 days. You could just have easily selected 15 days for your goal of consistency. The short time seems overly punitive. Imagine if I went on a two week vacation and came back and found this letter in my mailbox saying that my whole livelihood as a representative is stopped without any chance for further review! What if there really was a mistake, but I now need to train for a new job in this economy because you made a mistake! You should set the time frame for at least 15 days, probably even 30 days to match other suspension rules. Why is this so different? The consequences of this situation are significant for us real folks trying to make a living.
