This proposal hits home personally. I have a sibling that is going through so many obstacles with the Social Security Administration due to her debilitating visual disorder (in need of a cornea transplant), and the proposed changes would assist her greatly with her quest for medical and financial assistance, by being more specific of the definition of a visual disability along with the testing that’s required to make that determination
