Service Delivery Plan

I have been able to access many services over the internet, but many agencies for the disabled in NH do not follow through. This includes VocRehabNH, GSIL, Pathways, BIANH, WCBH and DHMC (Dartmouth-Hitchcock). The PassPlan denied me employment services because of Medicaid which NH is very lax in. Agencies for the disabled do not follow through. They leave you hanging and wondering without counceling what you are supposed to do and where you are supposed to go or help. So far, I've been told to "shut up and take a tranquliser" by WCBH and get online for counceling by New London Counceling Assoc. Then a medical agency sent me to collections with a temp ID# after DHHS denied what the state approved. This state is very messed up. All these people care about is their paychecks and just leaving you somewhere, without a support group or contact, not doing their jobs. I even went without electricity for several months until I could get caught up. As a disabled person, my rent which includes heat consumes my check. I have made every effort to get work without support while councelors sit back and insult me (WCBH). I have a disability and have been told that I don't have to tell people I have one. Legally, I have to for healthcare and insurance, not to mention legal issues in case something happens to me. That was a GSiL/WIPA caseworker who I went to to look for work referred by a Ticket to Work seminar. This state does not follow through with federal work programs, not to mention some sort of recreational outlet for me. All they care about is their check and what their peers say. Community Alliance is another joke that wants to say you don't have a disability. Trying to make someone appear "normal" is abuse when they are looking for help and don't know what they are supposed to do to get on their feet while people make fun of them day by day, not to mention taking the Medicaid money and not taking care of the patent mental and physical needs.
