Organizational Representative Payees require several services that are currently available only at the SSA office. I manage benefits for nearly one hundred beneficiaries and spend at least two hours per week in the SSA office. Payeeship Applications, benefit verifications, work reports, CDRs and records updates could all be accessed and submitted electronically through the current reporting system or another system. This would reduce the workload of the SRs and the other Reps and increase accuracy. I would love to beta test anything that would assist SSA in streamlining their services to those who assist the moderately to profoundly disabled.
