Changes in Terminology: Mental Retardation to Intellectual Disability

The change is a long time coming. What is noted for the change is ok, Intellectual Disability, but what is wrong with calling it what it is, 'Developmental Disability". It fits a lot better than either Mental Retardation, or Intellectual Disability. The Developmental Disabilty is not a ugly lable like Mental Retardation is. Lets make the right change..
