As a member of FlyersRights.org, I strongly support this rule. We deserve full transparency of airline fees up front, so that we can make apples to apples decisions on airline ticket purchases. I believe that the hidden fees are a deceptive way for airlines to give passengers the illusion of a lower fare, hide the truth of the total cost of a flight and avoid paying the 7.5 percent excise tax that feeds the vital Airport and Airway Trust Fund.
