The two wineries with "Calistoga" in their name should not be grandfathered in as their naming of their businesses was deceptive in nature. They are not in Calistoga, nor do they use fruit from Calistoga- in essence, fraud. Further, they both stand to profit from this if they simply conform to using 85% Calistoga fruit.
