We wanted to comment that we support the Haw River Valley AVA petition. Our own estate vineyards and the local Haw River Valley vineyards from which we purchase grapes produce unique, high-quality wines. This is a character our wines uniquely share with those of the other area Haw River Valley wineries. The wines of the Haw River Valley have distiguished themselves in regional and international competitions and the AVA designation is a great way to communicate this sense of place to consumers.
