Why change the Russian River Valley area? I know that Russian River Valley on a label sales the wines better, because of our history of great grapes and wines. I know that is a factor for certain large wineries wanting for their acres in Petaluma and Coati to be in Russian River valley. You might as well have all of Sonoma under the Russian River Valley appellation . I am a small wiine grape grower ( 5 acres) and it does make a difference in selling my grapes. I cannot compete with the thousand acre growers. Thank you for letting me have a voice. Jan Goodrich
