the taxes should not be raised on pipe tobacco, you have raised taxes on cartons and packs of cigs., and quite frankly that is why people are buying the "roll your own" tobacco. Plus it is actually healthier than the purchasing of regular cigs. therefore, saving more money for the government on health issues related to smoking.... caused by all the chemicals put into the making of the "brand" smokes. so leave "us" alone on trying to save some money on the "roll your own" types. go after someone else for money... who actually has it! kindest regards!
