Abstract:
See the attached comment from the International Association of Color Manufacturers trade association regarding Notice No. 111. While supporting the disclosure of the presence of the color additives cochineal or carmine in alcohol beverages, the Association requests extending the implementation date from 90 days to 180 days after the publication of the final rule.
