I am writing to encourage the TTB to adopt the mandatory labeling of Cochineal Extract and Carmine in the wines, distilled spirits and malt beverages. Since these additives are known allergens, it is important to label them so consumers can avoid consuming them. Thank you very much for your attention to this comment, Elizabeth Frey
